I’ve been professionally coaching at many levels for over 20 years. Previously I competed successfully as an amateur boxer & was five times Herts Junior Judo Champion.
I coach 1-2-1’s competing at amateur level, run community boxing classes for adults, teenagers & kids across Herts, Essex, North London & beyond.
I specialise with many communities including people with additional needs, improving mental health, empowering young people from challenging backgrounds & more.
I provide a safe, fun & rewarding environment within which I focus on my passion for boxing & the unlimited benefits that it holds
